●As the core ingredient, the inner layer of vitamin B5 (D-Calcium Pantothenate‌) is encapsulated by a fat-soluble matrix (e.g. phospholipids or microcrystalline cellulose) and the outer layer is protected by a water-soluble polymer (e.g. sodium alginate or hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), and antioxidants are blended as synergistic ingredients.

Double-layer encapsulation technology uses polymer material in the outer layer to form a physical barrier, and the inner layer enhances the encapsulation rate of vitamin B5 through the carrier to achieve double protection. The double-layer structure can effectively block light, heat and oxidative environment, reduce the degradation of vitamin B5 (especially under high temperature or high humidity conditions) and extend the shelf life. Pressure spray drying technology ensures good flowability and uniform particle size of the embedded powder, which is suitable for direct tablet compression or hard capsule filling process.
