The raw material for microencapsulated vitamin E powder is mainly extracted from natural vegetable oils and fats (e.g. soybean oil), and the fat-soluble vitamin E is encapsulated in a hydrophilic wall material using microencapsulation technology to form a stable powder.Richtek uses both natural and chemically synthesised tocopherols, including tocopherols, tocopheryl acetate, tocopheryl succinate and mixed tocopherols, using microencapsulation technology to form powdered products in a variety of sizes.

Richtek uses hydrophilic walls to encapsulate hydrophobic vitamin E, improving its aqueous solubility and extending its range of applications. The slow release property of the wall material allows the release rate and location of vitamin E in the digestive tract to be precisely controlled to improve absorption efficiency. The wall material isolates light, heat, oxygen and other external factors to reduce oxidative degradation of the active ingredients.
