Peptidole®Pea peptide powder is made from peas (Pisum sativum L.). High-purity pea protein is isolated and purified from pea seeds. Then, protease is used to digest the protein and release active peptide fragments. Finally, the pea peptide powder is obtained through centrifugation, concentration, and spray drying.
